By submitting an application to the Khreor Fashion Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read them carefully before applying.
1.1 Approval Discretion: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Khreor Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing detailed justification.
1.2 Identity Verification: You must provide accurate and verifiable personal details, active social media links, and follower verification metrics upon application.
1.3 Account Creation: Upon approval, your account credentials will be automatically generated and dispatched to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for /affiliate-login.
2.1 Batch Code Issuance: Approved Affiliates will receive a batch of five (5) unique discount codes at the start of each monthly cycle.
2.2 Expiration & Rollover: Unused discount codes from a previous cycle expire automatically at the start of the next billing cycle and will be replaced by a new batch of 5 unique codes.
2.3 Single-Use Enforcement: Each code is strictly non-recurring and single-use. Once applied at checkout and an order is completed, the system will mark that code as EXPIRED/USED.
2.4 Fraudulent Promotion: Posting discount codes on publicly indexed coupon aggregator websites, bargain forums, or unauthorized spam channels is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
3.1 Calculation Basis: Commissions are calculated strictly on the Order Subtotal AFTER discounts and BEFORE taxes, shipping, or delivery fees.

3.2 Excluded Charges: No commission will be earned on shipping, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), handling charges, or processing fees.

4.2 Refund & Order Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels an order, requests a refund, or returns a product within the 7-day holding period, the pending commission associated with that order will be voided/canceled.
4.3 Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum balance required to trigger a payout is R300 (or equivalent regional threshold) in APPROVED commissions. Balances under this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
4.4 Payout Schedule: Automated payout ledgers are generated every 14 days aggregating all eligible APPROVED commissions that meet or exceed the payout threshold.
4.5 Banking Details & Privacy: Affiliates must maintain accurate payout/bank details within their Affiliate Dashboard. Khreor Fashion securely stores and processes payment details in compliance with applicable local privacy laws (e.g., POPIA / GDPR).
5.1 Brand Representation: Affiliates agree to promote Khreor Fashion in a clean, professional manner. You may not modify brand logos or produce misleading claims regarding product specs, turnaround times, or pricing.
5.2 Prohibited Activities: Affiliates shall not engage in:
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Khreor Fashion and the Affiliate. Affiliates have no authority to bind or make representations on behalf of Khreor Fashion.
7.1 Termination at Will: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
7.2 Immediate Breach Termination: Khreor Fashion reserves the right to terminate an account immediately and void all accumulated PENDING and APPROVED earnings if the Affiliate breaches any clause of this Agreement, commits fraud, or misrepresents the brand.
Khreor Fashion will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Program or the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
