Goods may be produced directly by our in-house facility or supplied, manufactured, and fulfilled through our authorized network of independent supply and fulfillment partners ("Vendor Partners"). All customer transactions, payments, and support are handled centrally through KHREOR FASHION.
2.1. All garment and printing prices displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.2. Product prices displayed on our storefront exclude delivery charges, which will be calculated and added to your total basket value at checkout based on your delivery address.
2.3. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE): In the event of a blatant typographical error, system glitch, or incorrect pricing display on our website, we shall not be bound to honor the incorrect price. 5.2. Custom Goods Exemption vs. Standard Stock: In accordance with Section 42(2) of the ECT Act and the Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day cooling-off return window applies only to uncustomized, standard off-the-shelf garments. Any apparel, uniform, or textile print that has been custom-manufactured, altered, or printed with a customer-submitted design is strictly non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified material manufacturing defect.
5.3. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom garments due to incorrect size selection by the customer, or simple change of mind. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before submitting an order.
5.4. If a standard product return is approved by us due to a material factory defect, the garment must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging before a replacement or refund credit is issued to your bank account.
5.5. Size guides are provided on product pages for reference. Because garments are produced across varying authorized manufacturing patterns, slight measurement tolerances (1–2 cm) may occur. Choosing the correct size remains the sole responsibility of the customer, and incorrect size selections for custom or made-to-order garments do not qualify for returns or refunds.
